Linda Pease – President
Linda Pease hails from outside Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she grew up in a bustling household with three brothers and two sisters. Her upbringing instilled in her a deep understanding of family support, especially during challenging times. Linda's childhood was shaped by her father's battle with multiple sclerosis, a condition that taught her resilience and compassion from a young age.
For over 35 years, Linda has dedicated herself to educating middle and high school students, a role she continues with passion in the Florida school system today. Alongside her mathematics teaching career, she finds joy in nurturing her four remarkable children with her husband, William.

Beyond the classroom, Linda is a staunch advocate for showcasing the remarkable talents of golfers with disabilities. She believes these stories of perseverance and achievement both on and off the golf course can inspire others to pursue their dreams and goals. Linda is committed to raising awareness for individuals with disabilities, aiming to highlight their inspiring journeys. She invites others to join in supporting their mission, sharing the belief that these efforts can make a meaningful impact.
Neal Pease – Vice President
Neal Pease is a graduate of Mississippi State University with a deep-rooted passion for sports spanning golf, lacrosse, soccer, basketball, and swimming. His athletic journey also led him to attend IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, further enriching his sports expertise.
Golf holds a special place in Neal's heart, driving his commitment to helping golfers of all skill levels enhance their game. He dedicates his time to conducting mini-golf clinics tailored for individuals who are blind or disabled, fostering inclusivity within the sport. Neal's coaching acumen has contributed significantly to his father's and others' success in blind and disabled golf, resulting in multiple national titles. Over the years, Neal has amassed an impressive collection of over 30 amateur golf titles.
Neal plays a pivotal role as the lead Tournament Director for "wecangolf2," overseeing and organizing events that promote accessibility and enjoyment of golf for all participants. His dedication to golf and advocacy for inclusivity exemplify his ongoing commitment to making a positive impact in the community through sports.
Madison Davis – Treasurer
Madison Davis is a dedicated elementary school teacher in the St. John’s County Public School system. She earned her master's degree in education from the University of Virginia before relocating with her husband, Dylan, to the Saint Augustine area. Passionate about community service from a young age.
Madison actively participates in various impactful initiatives. She generously volunteers her time at events such as blind and disabled golf tournaments and teaches baton lessons to children. She cherishes moments spent with her family. Her commitment to serving others shines through her contributions to both education and community enrichment.
Board of Directors
Dr. Andrew Koch
Andrew Koch developed his passion for golf in 8th grade, marking the beginning of a lifelong journey with the sport. At Marine City High School, he not only played golf but also served as team captain during his senior year. Drew and his teammates progressed remarkably, transforming from a winless record in 1992 to an undefeated season in 1995. Beyond high school, Drew continued to enjoy golf recreationally, frequently playing with friends and family. Currently, he is a proud member of The Greene Hills Club in Greene County, Virginia.
For Drew, golf is not just a hobby but a family affair. He has installed a putting green in his backyard where he often practices and teaches his two children, Jacob and Kayla, along with his wife Kristin, how to play. Together, they relish the challenge of paring a course in a scramble format, fostering their shared love for the game.
Drew's passion for golf was influenced greatly by his brother Steve, a dedicated public-school educator who coached golf at two different high schools throughout his career. Despite living 600 miles apart, Drew and Steve continue to play golf whenever possible, cherishing their time together on the course.
In 2022, Drew, Jacob, and Kayla attended the USGA Adaptive Open in Pinehurst, NC, reflecting the Koch family's unwavering support for golfers of all backgrounds and abilities. They are dedicated advocates for the sport, encouraging everyone to embrace and thrive in the world's greatest game. Currently, Drew and his family live in Charlottesville, Virginia where he serves on the faculty at the University of Virginia.
Joseph McCarron
JoJo was born on July 22, 1962, in Auburn, Alabama, and grew up in Orange Beach, Alabama. He attended Auburn University starting in 1980. After graduating, JoJo began his career as a stockbroker at Morgan Keegan in Birmingham, AL. Several years later, he founded an institutional investment company in Mobile, AL, which he sold in 2001. Subsequently, JoJo joined the family insurance agency in 2001 and later acquired the business with his brother Kevin in 2003. He remains actively involved in the company to this day.
JoJo's passion for golf began at the age of 10 when he started playing with his father at Gulf Shores Golf Club. Throughout his junior years, he competed in junior golf tournaments across the Southeast. Although JoJo did not pursue Division 1 golf due to challenges with his vision, he discovered in his early 20s that he was having difficulty seeing the golf ball on the greens. Shortly after, he was diagnosed with Stargardt’s disease. Despite his vision progressively worsening over the years, JoJo continues to find joy in the game of golf.
Dr. William Pease
William Pease, a resident of Saint Augustine, Florida, is a passionate blind golfer. Despite losing his vision to Stargardt’s disease several years ago, he has actively participated in and organized numerous disabled and blind golf tournaments worldwide. Through his foundation, William aims to raise awareness about the capabilities of individuals with disabilities using the platform of golf.
William's mission is to inspire others with the belief that with determination and dedication, “we can” make anything possible. Despite facing challenges with his vision, he considers himself incredibly fortunate to spend most of his days with his wife Linda and their four children: Casey, Neal, Madison, and Nicholas.
Paul Stokes
Paul Stokes, born on July 30, 1966, in Tampa, Florida, is a seasoned professional with a diverse background. He began his career at the age of 18 in the United States Army, serving his entire deployment in Germany before transitioning to civilian life as an electrician with Chinchor Electric. Over the years, he honed his skills and obtained necessary licenses while working his way up to become a Facilities Director at Universal Studios, a role he held for 14 years.
Following his tenure at Universal Studios, Paul joined Advanced Power Technologies, where he significantly contributed to the company's growth, increasing annual sales from 7 million to 34 million dollars in the first year alone during his time overseeing Operations across the Southeastern United States. His leadership journey continued at SLS, where he served as CEO for two years, followed by eight years at Circle K as a facilitator overseeing operations across Florida.
Currently, Paul Stokes is the owner of Global Facilities Contracting & Services. He is deeply committed to charitable endeavors and fostering a positive environment in our world. Paul believes in focusing on achievements and positivity, choosing to uplift and inspire rather than dwell on setbacks.
